6-Panel CD Digipak – Extra Space for Your Album
Our 6-panel CD Digipak is a premium choice if you want more space for artwork, images and information. The packaging is printed on 240 gsm high-quality paper, and the CD is securely mounted in a permanently attached plastic tray.
With six printable panels, you have plenty of space for your album artwork, track listing, photographs, lyrics and information about the artist or band. You can also choose between with or without a booklet, as well as matt or gloss lamination.

CD Production at DiscRepublic

We produce both replicated and duplicated CDs. Duplicated CDs are suitable for smaller releases or productions, as you can get started from as few as 50 copies. Replicated CDs are used for larger productions and start from 200 units.

Our 6-panel CD Digipak is an excellent choice for artists, bands and record labels looking to create a more premium and sophisticated CD packaging solution. It provides significantly more space for artwork and information than a traditional 4-panel Digipak.
The packaging is printed on 240 gsm high-quality paper, providing a sturdy and durable package with a premium feel. The CD is securely mounted in a permanently attached plastic tray, which is positioned on the centre panel in the standard configuration.
Six Printable Panels for Your CD
The 6-panel Digipak has six printable panels, giving you plenty of creative freedom to create a personal and professional album package.
The outer panels consist of the front, back and a third folding panel. The inside features three additional panels – left, centre and right. The Digipak also has two narrow spines, which can be used for information such as the album title or artist name in a smaller format.
The additional space makes it easy to include album artwork, photographs, track listing, lyrics, band information and messages to your fans without having to compromise your design.
CD Digipak With or Without Booklet
You can choose to produce your 6-panel CD Digipak with or without a booklet. If you choose to include a booklet, it can be placed in a pocket or secured in a specially cut slot in the packaging.
This allows you to complement your album with lyrics, photographs, artist information or any other content you want to share with your listeners.
Matt or Gloss Lamination
Choose between matt or gloss lamination at no additional cost. Gloss lamination gives the packaging a shiny and vibrant finish, while matt lamination creates a more understated and premium appearance.
Please note that matt lamination is slightly more sensitive to handling. Small marks and scratches may be more visible, particularly on dark artwork.
