We deliver finished CD, vinyl, cassette, DVD and Blu-ray productions across Europe and the UK using reliable courier services. How Your Order Is Handled
After placing your order – Once your purchase has been completed, an automatic confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes an overview of your order, along with the estimated production and delivery time. Your order number is also included in the confirmation – please remember to include it when uploading your files.
After uploading your files – We will download your files and send you PDF proofs of your print files, along with confirmation that your master is working correctly, by email within 2 working days.
Before production – Once you have approved our print proof (by email) and uploaded your content (audio, film or other files), production will begin. Production times vary depending on the product.
Updates or changes – If your order is delayed or anything changes, we will notify you by email.
Your order is on its way – As soon as your order is dispatched from us, you will receive an email with a tracking link from N-shift, allowing you to track your package(s) on their way to you. Once the shipment has reached its destination, UPS will send you an SMS or E-mail to arrange a delivery date to your door.
- Delivery time is normally 2-4 working days.
Production and Delivery Times
Once you have approved the proof, day 0 of the production period begins. Our estimated standard production and delivery times vary depending on the product:
- CD and DVD – approx. 14 working days
- Hardback book – approx. 25 working days
- Blu-ray – approx. 20 working days
- Vinyl – approx. 8-10 weeks
- Cassette – approx. 20 working days
- USB – approx. 25 working days
We also offer Express Production for CD, DVD, Blu-ray and hardback book orders. This means that your order is prioritised during production and will therefore be ready for dispatch a few days earlier. Express Production carries a small additional charge to cover the extra handling costs. Choose your preferred option at checkout! Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an express option for vinyl, cassette or USB. Our estimated express production and delivery times vary depending on the product:
- CD, DVD and Blu-ray – approx. 10–11 working days
- Hardback book – approx. 20 working days
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery
Orders are shipped via UPS door-to-door services. You will receive a notification by SMS and email.
