Recommended File Formats
MUSIC PRODUCTIONS
- File format CD: DDP
Named with track number and song title, e.g. “01-My First Song.wav”. We can also accept uncompressed audio files in WAV or AIFF format, as well as NRG, BIN & CUE, IMG, DMG, FLAC and MP4 files. Please note that we add a 2-second pause between tracks as standard. If you do not want any pauses added, or if you have included so-called “pregaps”, please let us know. - File format vinyl and cassette: WAV / AIFF – uncompressed
One single file for each side, including the pauses between tracks. Please also include a complete “tracklist” with timings. Please note that for cassette production, Side A must be longer than Side B.
AUDIOBOOK PRODUCTIONS
- File format: MP3 or WAV
Organised and sorted by chapter and reading order.
DVD AND BLU-RAY PRODUCTIONS
- File format: ISO – complete disc images
We also accept AUDIO_TS/VIDEO_TS and BDMV folders – alternatively, uncompressed video files with embedded audio tracks in MP4 and MKV formats.
Please upload your master in a compressed (zipped) folder!
PRINT FILES
- File format: PDF (we also accept TIFF and JPEG)
- Resolution: 300 ppi at 1:1 scale
- Colour mode: CMYK
- ICC profile: ISO Coated v2 (FOGRA39)
- Fonts: Embed or convert to outlines
- Template: Remove all template lines and guides before exporting

Upload your files for production here. You do not need to log in to upload your files.
Compress your files into two separate ZIP files:
- Master – collect all audio files in one ZIP file, in the correct track order.
- Print Files – collect all artwork and print-ready files in a separate ZIP file.
