USB production is a practical way to distribute music, film, video and other digital material as a physical product. For artists, bands and record labels, USB is ideal for albums, music videos, bonus material, press kits and high-resolution audio files.

USB with 4-panel Digipack

With USB plus 4-panel Digipack, you combine a practical USB drive with professional, personalised packaging. The Digipack can be designed with your own artwork, images, text, track listing and release information. You can also add a booklet to the inside of the packaging.

The USB drive is mounted in a Clear Tray inside the Digipack. The durable board packaging protects the USB drive while giving your release a consistent and professional appearance. The Digipack is laminated and available with either a gloss or matt finish.

Choose the storage capacity for your content

The USB format allows you to include large amounts of digital material on a single physical product. Choose a larger storage capacity if you want to include a complete album, several music videos, bonus material or high-resolution audio files. The USB drive can also be reused by the recipient for other storage once the original content has been copied.

Graphic design for your USB product

Your Digipack can be designed to match the visual identity of the rest of your release. If you need help with design and artwork, we offer graphic design assistance. Our graphic designers can help with anything from minor adjustments to a complete layout for your USB packaging.

The USB plus 4-page Digipack package includes a 10-year manufacturer's warranty.

Production

Once your purchase is completed, an automatic confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation provides a summary of your order. When we have received all necessary materials (master, print files, etc.), we will contact you via email within 2 business days. You will receive a PDF proof of your print files and confirmation that your master is functional.

Before Production

Once you have approved the proof, day 0 of the production timeline begins. Our estimated production time varies depending on the product:

  • CD and DVD: approx. 14 business days
  • Hardcover book: approx. 25 business days
  • Blu-ray: approx. 20 business days
  • Vinyl: approx. 10 weeks
  • Cassette: approx. 20 business days
  • USB flash card: approx. 25 business days

We can also offer Express handling for orders of CD, DVD, Blu-ray, and hardcover books. This means your order is prioritized during production and will be ready for delivery a few days earlier. Production time is then reduced to approximately 10–11 business days for CD, DVD, and Blu-ray, and around 20 business days for hardcover books. Express handling incurs an additional fee to cover the processing cost. Please select your preferred option at checkout!

Delivery
