12″ Vinyl LP with Gatefold Sleeve – 4-Colour Printing & Lamination
Give your album a premium look with a 12″ vinyl LP in a Gatefold sleeve. The package includes a 140 g vinyl record, printed Gatefold sleeve in 300 gsm board with a 7 mm spine, 4-colour offset printing, printed labels and lamination.
4 test pressings, DMM cutting and shrink-wrapping are included. Choose from black, coloured, smoke or splatter vinyl, with a white, black or printed inner sleeve.

All our records are pressed from DMM masters (Direct Metal Mastering), providing a clean, dynamic, and detailed sound. Maximum playing time is 23 minutes per side. Choose between 140 g (standard) and 180 g in the 12” format – perfect for everything from full-length albums to EPs, singles, and special editions.

12" vinyl LP with premium Gatefold sleeve
Our 12" vinyl LP with Gatefold sleeve is a complete vinyl package for artists, bands and labels looking to release music in a classic and premium LP format. A Gatefold sleeve provides more space for artwork and information than a standard LP sleeve, making it particularly suitable for albums, double albums, special editions and collector's editions.
The package includes a 140 g 12" vinyl record together with a professionally printed Gatefold sleeve with a 7 mm spine. The sleeve is produced with 4-colour offset printing and lamination, giving it an attractive and durable finish.
Gatefold sleeve with 4-colour printing
The Gatefold sleeve is produced from 300 gsm board with a 7 mm spine. Your own artwork is printed using 4-colour offset printing, providing plenty of space for cover artwork, artist information, track listings, lyrics and other graphic content.
You can choose between matt or gloss lamination. Lamination protects the printed surface while giving the sleeve a premium and professional finish.
Choose your 12" vinyl colour
The vinyl record is available in several different finishes. Black vinyl is standard, but you can also choose coloured vinyl, coloured vinyl with a smoke effect or coloured vinyl with a splatter effect. If you want to combine multiple colours on the vinyl record, this can be selected as an additional option.
Inner sleeve and printed labels
You can choose between a white, black or 4-colour printed inner sleeve. Both sides of the vinyl record also feature 4-colour printed labels, allowing the record itself to form part of the overall visual presentation.
DMM cutting and test pressings
Vinyl production includes DMM cutting and mastering, with a maximum playing time of 23 minutes per side. You also receive 4 test pressings as part of the package, allowing you to check the result before the final production run.
Shrink-wrapping is included
Each finished vinyl release is shrink-wrapped as standard. This helps protect the Gatefold sleeve and gives the finished LP a professional retail-ready appearance.
Optional finishes for a premium vinyl release
If you want to give your vinyl release an even more distinctive finish, several options are available. You can add spot UV varnish, foil stamping or embossing with raised text or graphics.
Graphic design for your Gatefold sleeve
You can supply your own finished artwork for the vinyl production. If you need help with the design and layout, you can also add graphic design to your order. Our graphic designers have extensive experience creating bespoke album artwork for artists and bands.
