4-Panel CD Digisleeve – Stylish and Lightweight CD Packaging
Our 4-panel CD Digisleeve is a stylish and lightweight CD packaging solution where the CD is placed directly into a slot or pocket in the packaging. Without a plastic tray, the Digisleeve is lighter and is therefore particularly well suited when you want to send CDs by post.
You get four printable panels – front, back and two inside panels – providing plenty of space for images, artwork, track listing and other information. Choose between with or without a booklet, as well as matt or gloss lamination.

We produce both replicated and duplicated CDs. Duplicated CDs are suitable for smaller releases or productions, as you can get started from as few as 50 copies. Replicated CDs are used for larger productions and start from 200 units.

4-Panel CD Digisleeve – Professional Cardboard CD Packaging
Our 4-panel CD Digisleeve is a popular choice if you want to produce stylish and professional CD packaging without a traditional plastic tray. The CD is placed directly into a slot on the inside right panel or into a pocket, creating a lightweight and stylish packaging solution.
Like a Digipak, a Digisleeve provides plenty of space for your own design. The difference is that the Digisleeve does not have a permanently attached plastic CD tray. This makes the packaging lighter and particularly practical if you plan to send CDs by post.
Four Printable Panels for Your Artwork
The 4-panel Digisleeve has four printable panels: front, back, inside left and inside right. This gives you plenty of space for album artwork, photographs, track listing, lyrics, information and messages to your fans.
The narrow spine is not suitable for printing text. If you want to use the spine for information such as the album title or artist name, we recommend looking at one of our other CD packaging options.
CD Digisleeve With or Without Booklet
You can choose to produce your CD Digisleeve with or without a booklet. If you choose to include a booklet, it can be placed either in a practical pocket or secured in a specially cut slot in the packaging. This allows you to adapt the CD packaging to suit both the content and design of your release.
Matt or Gloss Lamination
Choose between matt or gloss lamination at no additional cost. Gloss lamination gives the packaging a shiny and vibrant finish, while matt lamination creates a more premium and understated appearance.
Please note that matt lamination is slightly more sensitive to handling. Small marks and scratches may be more visible, particularly on dark artwork.
A Lightweight CD Packaging Solution for Shipping
Because a Digisleeve does not have the plastic tray used in a traditional Digipak, the packaging is lighter and easier to ship. This makes a 4-panel CD Digisleeve a great option for artists, bands and record labels that sell or distribute CDs by post.
The packaging can also be fully customised to match the visual identity of your album, allowing you to create a personal and professional product for your listeners.
