CD Jewel Case is the classic CD packaging solution and a popular choice for professional CD production. The durable plastic case protects your CD and provides space for a printed tray card and booklet. Both the booklet and tray card are printed on 130 gsm silk gloss quality paper. The format is also available for double albums.

We produce both replicated and duplicated CDs. Duplicated CDs are suitable for smaller releases or productions, as you can get started from as few as 50 copies. Replicated CDs are used for larger productions and start from 200 units.

CD with Jewel Case
Jewel Case is the traditional CD packaging solution and has been used since the CD was introduced in 1982. It remains one of the most popular formats for CD production and is an excellent choice for artists, bands, record labels and anyone looking to release music on physical CD.
Traditional and Durable CD Packaging
A Jewel Case consists of a hard, transparent plastic case with a plastic tray that securely holds the CD and protects it from scratches and damage. Under the tray, a printed tray card is placed, featuring the back panel and spine. This provides space for information such as the album title, artist name, track listing and other details.
CD Booklet with Your Own Artwork
A printed booklet from 4 pages can be placed in the front section of the case. This gives you space for photographs, illustrations, lyrics, credits, band information or any other content you want to include in your CD release.
Both the booklet and tray card are printed on 130 gsm silk gloss quality paper. This provides a professional finish and creates a consistent look throughout your CD packaging.
Jewel Case for Double Albums
If you are releasing a double album, you can also choose a Jewel Case designed to hold two CDs. This option is available as an add-on when configuring your order.
