A CD Card Wallet is a popular and cost-effective CD packaging solution, particularly suitable for singles and releases with fewer tracks. The Card Wallet is printed on 240 gsm high-quality paper with full-colour printing on both the front and back.
Choose between matt or gloss lamination and add shrink wrapping for extra protection. A CD Card Wallet gives your release a professional appearance while offering an affordable packaging solution when you want to keep packaging costs down.
If you need more space for artwork, images and information, you can instead choose our 4-panel CD Digipak or 6-panel CD Digipak.
CD Production at DiscRepublic
CD production starts from 50 units only, giving you the opportunity to release your own music at the best possible price. You can view a wide rage of CD packing here.
We produce both replicated and duplicated CDs. Duplicated CDs are suitable for smaller releases or productions, as you can get started from as few as 50 copies. Replicated CDs are used for larger productions and start from 200 units.

The Card Wallet is designed in a similar way to a small vinyl sleeve and is made to hold a CD. The packaging is printed on 240 gsm high-quality paper, providing a durable package with a premium feel. The Card Wallet has printable front and back panels and opens from the right-hand side.

Matt or Gloss Lamination
You can choose between matt or gloss lamination without compromising your design. Gloss lamination gives the packaging a shiny and vibrant finish, while matt lamination creates a more understated and premium appearance.
Please note that matt lamination is slightly more sensitive to handling. Small marks and scratches may be more visible, particularly on dark artwork.
For additional protection, you can also choose to have your CD Card Wallet shrink-wrapped.
